【摘要】 随着女性卵巢功能的衰退，全身其他重要器官功能也逐步下降，部分围绝经期女性出现躯体、精神症状或疾病，影响女性生活质量。绝经激素治疗(menopause hormone therapy,MHT)通过添加外源性性激素，改善并缓解卵巢功能下降甚至衰竭所导致的相关症状。该文就孕激素、雌激素以及雌孕激素复方制剂等各类性激素在MHT中的应用范围、常用方案及风险获益进行探讨、总结，以期对围绝经期女性用药提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the failure of ovarian function, the function of other important organs is also gradually decreased. Some perimenopausal women experience physical, mental symptoms or illnesses, which affect their quality of life. Menopausal hormone therapy(MHT) improves and alleviates the symptoms caused by decline or even failure of ovarian function by adding exogenous sex hormones. This paper reviewed the application scope, commonly regimens and the risks and benefits of various sex hormones, including progestogens, estrogens, combined estrogen-progestogens preparations in MHT, in order to provide a reference for drug use in perimenopausal women.更多还原
