【Abstract】 To fulfill the objectives of the transformation and development to the application type of local colleges, we takes the agronomy specialty of Hebei North University as an example. We focused on exploring the talent training mode suitable for the transformation and development of the agronomy specialty, and this paper analyzes the guiding ideology of the transformation and development of the agronomy specialty, the functional orientation of local agricultural colleges, and the problems in the transformation and development.
