化学-药学融合型实验的设计与探索

【摘要】 化学与药学有密切的联系。在医药类院校或综合性院校中开设化学-药学融合型实验,是一种新的尝试。在实验设计上,可分为以下几种类型:(1)利用药物开展化学类基本原理试验;(2)利用化学知识开展药物类实验;(3)制备化学物质,以药学手段来评价功能。通过开设化学-药学沟通型实验,可使学生化学与药学知识融汇贯通,既运用了化学知识,又拓展了药学技能。对化学专业学生而言,可增强实验的亲切感,提升其应用能力。对药学学生而言,在早期化学类实验中导入药学内容,可增强对专业的兴趣,又巩固了化学知识与技能。

【Abstract】 Chemistry is closely related to pharmacy. It is a new attempt to set up chemistry-pharmacy integration experiments in medical colleges or comprehensive universities. In terms of experimental design, it can be divided into the following types:(1)Carry out the basic principles of chemistry using drugs;(2)Carry out drug experiments using chemical knowledge;(3)Prepare chemical substances and evaluate their functions by pharmaceutical means. By setting up chemistry-pharmacy integration experiment, students can integrate chemistry and pharmacy knowledge, not only use chemistry knowledge, but also expand pharmacy skills. For students majoring in chemistry, it can enhance the affability of experiment and improve their application ability. For pharmaceutical students,introducing pharmaceutical content into early chemical experiments can not only enhance their interest in major, but also consolidate their chemical knowledge and skills.
