【摘要】 目的 探讨ISBAR沟通模式在妇科急症护理中的应用效果。方法 选取本院收治的100例妇科急症患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为两组，各50例。对照组采用传统沟通模式，观察组在对照组基础上采用ISBAR沟通模式，比较两组的护士工作评价、患者病情掌握情况、护理满意度。结果 观察组护士工作评价各维度肯定率均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组病情掌握情况各维度得分均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度为98.0%，显著高于对照组的86.0%(P<0.05)。结论 ISBAR沟通模式在妇科急症护理中的应用效果显著，可提高护士评价肯定率、患者病情掌握程度及护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of ISBAR communication mode in gynecological emergency nursing.Methods 100 gynecological emergency patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups,each with 50 cases,using a random number table method.The control group used traditional communication mode,while the observation group used ISBAR communication mode on the basis of the control group.The nurse work evaluation,patient condition understanding,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The positive rates of various dimensions of nurse job evaluation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had significantly higher scores in all dimensions of disease mastery compared to the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.0%,significantly higher than the control group’s 86.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of ISBAR communication mode in gynecological emergency nursing is significant,which can improve the nurse’s evaluation affirmation rate,patient’s understanding of the condition,and nursing satisfaction.更多还原
