三门峡变质石英砂岩工艺矿物学和可选性研究

【摘要】 以三门峡地区变质石英砂岩为对象,进行了矿石的工艺矿物学和可选性试验研究。结果表明,该矿石为变余砂状结构,致密块状构造,矿石的Si O2含量(质量分数,下同)为97.60%,杂质元素主要是铝、铁、钾、钙、镁、磷等。目的矿物为石英,磨圆较好,次生加大发育(硅质胶结),杂质矿物有长石、金红石、电气石和赤褐铁矿等。石英粒径分布在0.1~0.4 mm,+0.1 mm石英的累计分布率达到94.89%;对该矿石试样采用“磨矿-分级-磁选”工艺提纯后,制备石英砂可满足JC/T 529-1994平板玻璃用I类优等品指标要求,采用“磨矿-分级-磁选-浮选”工艺后,石英砂可满足QB/T 2196-1996仪器玻璃用石英砂产品指标要求,采用“磨矿-分级-磁选-浮选-酸浸”工艺后,Si O2含量提升至99.91%,杂质元素Fe2O3为0.008 6%,Al2O3为0.045%,石英砂可满足JC/T 2314-2015光伏玻璃用硅质原料指标要求。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the process mineralogy of metamorphic quartz sandstone in Sanmenxia area is systematically studied, and the beneficiability test of ore is carried out. The results show that, the ore has a blastosand-like structure and a dense massive structure. The content of SiO2 in the ore is 97.60%, and the impurity elements are mainly aluminum, iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. The target mineral is quartz,well rounded, secondary enlarged development(siliceous cementation), and the impurity minerals are feldspar, rutile, tourmaline and red limonite. The quartz particle size is 0.1-0.4 mm, and the cumulative distribution rate of +0.1 mm quartz is 94.89%; After the ore sample is purified by the grindingclassification-magnetic separation process, the prepared quartz sand meets the requirements of Class I excellent products for JC/T 529-1994 flat glass;after the grinding-classification-magnetic separation-flotation process, the quartz sand can meet the product requirements for QB/T 2196-1996 instrument glass; after the grinding-classification-magnetic separation-flotation-acid leaching process, SiO2 content increases to 99.91%, impurity elements Fe2O3 is 0.008 6%, Al2O3 is 0.045%, quartz sand can meet the standard for JC/T 2314-2015 photovoltaic glass silica raw materials.
