盐度胁迫对褐菖鲉幼鱼消化酶和非特异性免疫酶的影响
Effects of salinity on digestive enzyme and non-specific immune enzyme of juvenile Sebastiscus marmoratus
【摘要】 为探讨褐菖鲉(Sebastiscus marmoratus)幼鱼适应盐度骤变的能力,本文以肠胃消化酶和肝脏非特异性免疫酶活性为指标,研究其在盐度6、8、10和20[分别记为S6、S8、S10和S20(对照)]胁迫下的变化规律。结果显示,当盐度胁迫96 h时,S10和S20组的胰蛋白酶、胃蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性均显著高于S6和S8组(P<0.05);S6和S8组谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性均显著高于S10和S20组(P<0.05);S6和S8组酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶活性均无显著性差异(P>0.05);S10和S20组酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶活性均呈先上升后下降趋势,均在12 h时达到峰值,且显著高于其他组。研究结果表明,褐菖鲉幼鱼适宜的养殖盐度为10~20。
【Abstract】 To investigate the changes in digestive enzyme activities in the intestine and stomach, as well as the activities of non-specific immunoenzymes in the liver of juvenile Sebastiscus marmoratus under salinity stress, and to assess the ability of the juveniles to adapt to sudden changes in salinity, a salinity experiment was conducted. The experiment comprised four groups, representing different salinity gradient levels: 6, 8, 10, and 20(control). These groups were referred to as S6, S8, S10, and S20, respectively. Results indicated that at the acute stress period of 96 hours, the activities of trypsin, pepsin, amylase, and lipase in S10 and S20 were significantly higher compared to those in S6 and S8(P<0.05). Conversely, the activities of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase were significantly higher in S6 and S8 compared to S10 and S20(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the activities of ACP and AKP between S6 and S8(P>0.05). Additionally, the activities of ACP and AKP increased initially and then decreased over time in S10 and S20. These activities in S10 and S20 peaked at 12 hours, signifying a significant increase compared to other salinity levels. These findings suggest that the optimal salinity for breeding juvenile S.marmoratus ranges from 10 to 20.
