【Abstract】 This paper introduces a gas treatment monitoring system, which takes AH16S0R PLC as the control core and SCADA as the man-machine interface. The purpose is to provide a safe and reliable monitoring system for the gas treatment system. The system includes vacuum pumps, electric valves, flowmeter controllers, temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters and gas analyzers, etc., which can monitor and control the entire gas treatment system in real time.
