多单元双向IPT系统的效率提升控制方法
An Efficiency Improvement Control Method for Multi-unit Bi-directional IPT System
【摘要】 为提升多单元双向感应式无线电能传输(IPT)系统在全功率范围内的效率,此处提出了一种效率提升控制方法。首先,分析了系统的基本特性。其次,分别针对子单元和公共单元提出了控制方法。对于各个子单元,通过对激励电压脉冲宽度角与锁相角的控制,在较低环流下实现开关器件零电压开通。对于公共单元,通过对激励电压脉冲宽度角的控制,满足子单元功率需求,实现开关器件零电压开通,并降低等效串联电阻上的总损耗。最后,搭建了最大功率为3 kW的实验平台,验证了所提方法相比于传统方法可显著提升效率。
【Abstract】 To improve the efficiency of multi-unit bi-directional inductive power transfer(IPT) system under the full power range,an efficiency improvement control method is proposed.Firstly,the basic characteristic of the system is analyzed.Then,control methods are proposed for sub units and the common unit respectively.For each sub unit,through the control of the excitation voltage pulse width angle and the phase-lock angle,zero-voltage turn-on of the switching components is achieved at a low circulating current.For the common unit,through the control of the excitation voltage pulse width angle,the power demands of the sub units are satisfied,the zero-voltage turn-on of the switching components is achieved,and the total loss on the equivalent series resistance is reduced.Finally,an experiment platform with a maximum power of 3 kW is constructed,which has verified that the proposed method can significantly improve the efficiency in comparison with the traditional methods.
