一种基于开关纹波调制的Buck变换器通信方法
A Communication Method for Buck Converters Based on Switching Ripple Modulation
【摘要】 为了满足DC/DC变换器之间的通信需求,提出了一种基于二进制频移键控(2FSK)的开关纹波调制方案。通过对功率控制环中的载波进行2FSK调制,将基带信号的频率特征加载到PWM信号中,从而使得端口电压纹波包含数据信息,解调端口电压纹波可实现数据接收。该方案无需额外的通信芯片和耦合电路,极大节省了通信的硬件成本,功率/数据的同步传输可看作一种深度融合的能量-信息一体化。首先给出基于开关纹波调制和基于滑动离散傅里叶变换(SDFT)解调的具体方案;然后根据Buck变换器的小信号模型,分析了输出电压突变对通信的影响,最后搭建一个包含两个Buck变换器并联的实验平台,实现了10 kbps的通信速率,验证了所提方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 To meet the communication requirements between DC/DC converters,a switching ripple modulation scheme based on binary frequency shift keying(2FSK) is proposed.By modulating the carrier in the power control loop with2FSK,the frequency characteristics of the baseband signal are loaded into the PWM signal,making the port voltage ripple contain data information,demodulation of the port voltage ripple enables data reception.This approach eliminates the need for additional communication chips and coupling circuits,greatly saving hardware costs for communication,the synchronous transmission of power/data can be considered as a form of deep integration of energy-information.Firstly,the specific schemes of switching ripple modulation and demodulation using sliding discrete fourier transform(SDFT) are presented.Then,based on the small signal model of the Buck converter,the impact of output voltage transients on communication is analyzed.Finally,an experimental platform consisting of two parallel-connected Buck converters is built,achieving a communication rate of 10 kbps and validating the effectiveness of the proposed method.
