基于交叠形态知识的研究生创新能力培养研究——以大连理工大学哲学类学术型研究生为例
Research on Cultivation of Knowledge Innovation Ability for Graduate Students Based on Overlapping Morphological Knowledge:Taking Philosophy Academic Graduate Students at DUT as an Example
【摘要】 第四次产业革命开启了信息技术时代,信息技术支撑的交叠形态知识呈现跨学科综合性知识特性与多维层次性特质,决定了研究生培养方式及教育理念的现代化变革。为满足“进一步全面深化改革”,推进“科技、教育、人才一体化”发展对差异化、交叠形态知识的需求,大连理工大学哲学学科以导师团队协同培养为依托,设计多样性教学实践活动,创新发展全过程课程思政、体验式教学、专题式组会、经典读书会、论文工作坊“五位一体”培养模式,培养具备知识创新能力的卓越型实践性高质量哲学人才。
【Abstract】 The fourth industrial revolution ushered in the era of information technology, and the overlapping morphological knowledge supported by information technology presents interdisciplinary and comprehensive knowledge characteristics, as well as multidimensional and hierarchical characteristics. This determines the modernization of graduate training methods and educational concepts. In order to meet the needs of differentiated and overlapping knowledge structures, and according to the goal requirements of cultivating knowledge innovation ability, the philosophy discipline of Dalian University of Technology relies on an experienced team of mentors, designs diverse teaching practice activities, and develops a “Five in One” training model, including the entire process of curriculum-based ideological and political education, experiential teaching, thematic group meetings, classic reading clubs and paper workshops, aiming to collaborate on cultivating outstanding practical and high-quality philosophical talents with knowledge innovation ability.
