【摘要】 自20世纪80年代以来，我国高等教育评估从试点创设到系统探索，再到不断完善，为我国高等教育快速健康发展提供了重要的质量保障。新时代以来，审核评估成为我国建设高质量高等教育体系、推动教育强国建设的重要抓手。2021年启动的新一轮审核评估，更加突出立德树人、分类发展和评价实效，为应用型高校实现高质量内涵式发展提供了重要契机。应用型高校要以党的二十届三中全会精神为指导，深刻把握新一轮审核评估的主旨要义和实施要点，始终坚定办学正确政治方向，不断增强应用型办学核心能力，大力建设高素质教师队伍，持续完善质量保障体系，切实走好进一步全面深化改革之路，不断推进高质量内涵式发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 1980s, the evaluation of higher education in China has gone from pilot establishment to systematic exploration, and then to continuous improvement, providing important quality assurance for the rapid and healthy development of higher education. Since the new era, audit evaluation has become an important lever for China to build a high-quality higher education system and to promote the construction of a powerful country in education. The new round of audit evaluation from 2021 highlights the cultivation of moral character, classified development, and evaluation effectiveness, providing an important opportunity for the high-quality connotative development of application-oriented universities. Application-oriented universities should be guided by the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, deeply grasp the main ideas and implementation points of the new round of audit evaluation, always firmly adhere to the correct political direction of education, continuously enhance the core capabilities of application-oriented education, vigorously building a high-quality teaching staff, continuously improve the quality assurance system, in order to walk the path of further comprehensive deepening reform effectively and promote high-quality connotative development continuously.更多还原
