高精度地图众源更新安全监管研究与路径探析

【摘要】 高精度地图众源更新时涉及测绘地理信息数据的采集、传输、存储、更新、应用等诸多环节,属于测绘法规定的测绘活动,应依法依规进行规范和管理。针对国内高精度地图缺乏科学规范监督和管理体系这一问题,文章研究了众源更新模式下高精度地图数据采集更新闭环及运营链路、系统梳理了各个生产环节中存在的风险点,分析了车端、路侧端、云端地理信息安全合规性检查内容,最后提出高精度地图众源更新安全监管路径及对策。

【Abstract】 The multi-source updating of high-precision map involves many links such as the collection, transmission, storage, updating, and application of surveying and mapping geographic information data. It belongs to the surveying and mapping activities stipulated by the Surveying and Mapping Law and should be regulated and managed in accordance with the law and regulations. In response to the lack of a scientific and standardized supervision and management system for high-precision maps in China, the paper studied the closed-loop and operational links of high-precision map data collection and updating under the multi-source update mode, and it systematically sorted out the risk points in all production links. In this paper, the content of geographic information safety compliance checks for vehicle end, roadside end, and cloud end was analyzed. Finally, the safety supervision path and countermeasures for high-precision map multi-source update were proposed.
