【摘要】 目的 分析我国口腔科住院医师规范化培训（简称住培）研究现状，为口腔科住培实践和研究重点提供参考。方法 检索中国知网、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据知识服务平台收录的口腔科住培相关文献，使用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果 检索2008年1月1日—2023年4月30日发表的298篇口腔科住培研究相关文献。排名前10位的作者贡献了占发文总量16%的文章，发文机构间合作较少、规模局限；高频关键词“医患沟通”“口腔颌面外科”“教学改革”等显示检索时间段口腔科住培研究主要聚焦在教学体系构建、教学内容与手段、培训专科、管理质控等方面。随时区变化，口腔科住培研究领域关键词数目呈增多趋势，研究热点呈分散趋势，近年来研究热点仍在调整变化中，不断在探索培训模式及体系的改革创新。结论 口腔科住培研究经历了初步探索、全面探索、针对性探索3个阶段。现阶段核心研究力量尚未形成，研究重点有向特色多样化培训聚焦的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the current status of research on standardized residency training of stomatology in China, in order to provide guidance for future practice and research. Methods The literature related to standardized training of dental residents included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database and Wanfang Database were retrieved. CiteSpace software was used for visualization analysis. Results A total of 298 articles about standardized residency training of stomatology published from January 1, 2008 to April 30, 2023 were obtained. The top 10 authors contributed 16% of the total articles, with limited collaboration among research institutions. High-frequency keywords included "doctor-patient communication" "oral and maxillofacial surgery" "teaching reform" and other categories, mainly focusing on the construction of the educational system, teaching content and methods, specialized training, management and quality control of residency training. Over time, the number of keywords in the field of standardized residency training of stomatology research was increasing, and the research hotspots were decentralized. In recent years, the research hotspots were still in the process of adjustment and changing, with constant exploration into the reform and innovation of the training models and systems.Conclusion Research on standardized residency training of stomatology has gone through three stages: initial exploration, comprehensive exploration, and targeted exploration. At the current stage, core research focuses have yet to form, with research emphasis shifting towards diversified and specialized training trends.更多还原
