【Abstract】 Under the background of the major strategy of " Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality", universities should accelerate the cultivation of engineering and technological talents according to the development requirements of new engineering. Based on the talent cultivation philosophy of new engineering, this article explored the integrated practice approach for multidisciplinary talent cultivation and Chem-E-Car competition. It included four aspects: cultivating practical and innovative ability, expanding student cultivating channels, improving competition and training system, and building instructor teams. This approach is beneficial to construct a multidisciplinary talent training model and cultivate a group of outstanding "Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality" talents with international perspective.更多还原
