【摘要】 目的 分析寰枢关节紊乱综合征的症状与其X线表现的相关性。方法 回顾性分析40例寰枢关节紊乱综合征患者的临床资料,分析患者的Northwick Park颈痛量表中文版(NPQ)、颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)评分与X线检查下双侧齿突侧块间距差值(VBLADI)的相关性。结果 通过软件绘制散点图,以VBLADI为X轴, NPQ评分为Y轴,通过观测数据大致符合线性相关关系。通过软件绘制散点图,以VBLADI为X轴, ESCV评分为Y轴,通过观测数据大致符合线性相关关系。Spearman秩相关检验显示, NPQ评分与VBLADI存在紧密的正相关关系(r=0.406, P=0.009<0.01),ESCV评分与VBLADI存在紧密的负相关关系(r=-0.611, P=0.000<0.01)。结论 NPQ、ESCV评分均与VBLADI有密切的关系,患者相关症状表现越重,其关节紊乱的情况越严重,在临床上可通过影像学检查来辅助诊断及判断寰枢关节紊乱综合征患者的病情,避免误诊、漏诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation between symptoms and X-ray findings in patients with atlanto-axial joint disorder syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with atlanto-axial joint disorder syndrome were retrospectively analyzed, and the correlation of the Northwick Park Neck Pain Questionnaire(NPQ),the evaluation scale for cervical vertigo(ESCV) scores with variance of bilateral atlanto-dental interval(VBLADI)by X-ray examination was analyzed.
