【Abstract】 Root canal therapy is currently the most effective method of endodontics,the first step of which is pulpal access and primary preparation. The convenience form facilitates the clearance of the root canal system and reduces the occurrence of mechanical preparation complications,which are essential for the high quality of root canal treatment and the prevention of medically induced problems. This article introduces the methods of preparation of convenience form in root canal treatment,its clinical significance in the control of mechanical preparation complications and the concept of conservative endodontic access cavity.更多还原
