金属阳离子对好氧颗粒污泥造粒影响研究进展

【摘要】 好氧颗粒污泥(aerobic granular sludge, AGS)由于具有较好的沉降性能和污染物去除能力,应用前景广泛。污水中金属阳离子的存在会影响AGS的形成。文中综述了常见金属阳离子对AGS造粒和颗粒稳定性的影响,并针对金属阳离子对好氧污泥造粒的影响机理进行了初步探讨,旨在为促进AGS的形成提供一定的参考。结果发现,在一定浓度范围内,常见金属阳离子,如Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe2+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Mn2+、Ni2+等均会促进AGS造粒,尤其是Ca2+质量浓度高达100 mg/L时仍能有效加快污泥造粒。金属阳离子主要通过形成无机盐沉淀作为诱导核,以及促进胞外聚合物(extracellular polymeric substance, EPS)分泌的方式促进污泥造粒。

【Abstract】 Aerobic granular sludge(AGS)has a wide application prospect because of its good settling performance and pollutant removal ability. The existence of metal cations in wastewater can affect the formation of AGS. In this paper, the effects of common metal cations on granulation and stability of AGS are reviewed, and a preliminary discussion on the mechanism of the influence of metal cations on aerobic sludge granulation is conducted. The purpose of this paper was to provide some reference for promoting the formation of AGS. The results show that the common metal cations such as Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Mn2+, Ni2+ can accelerate the granulation of AGS in a certain concentration range, especially when the mass concentration of Ca2+ is as high as 100 mg/L. Metal cations promote sludge granulation mainly by forming inorganic salt precipitates as inducing nuclei and promoting the secretion of extracellular polymeric substance(EPS).
