建筑一体化发光单元的基本模数研究

【摘要】 建筑一体化发光单元是与建筑构配件有机结合的发光装置,旨在提高照明装配化程度。而目前其尺寸数值庞杂,尚未实现标准化,限制了由装配化施工到新型工业化施工的进展。建立模数体系是实现尺寸标准化的必要条件,基本模数是体系中的核心构成单元,模数体系中各要素的建立均依据基本模数值确定。本文以线、面新形态建筑一体化发光单元为研究对象,针对其与建筑构配件适配度差的现状,制定线、面发光单元基本模数。以调研得到的发光单元尺寸为依据,根据发光单元尺寸特征和建筑基本模数原则,明确了多个待选发光单元基本模数值,提出了平均变动尺寸、尺寸变化占比、数列尺寸数和尺寸匹配度4个量化指标。计算指标值得到线发光单元最优基本模数值为50 mm,面发光单元最优基本模数值为50 mm×50 mm。结论为建立发光单元模数体系、实现与建筑构配件的有机结合奠定基础。

【Abstract】 Building integrated lighting unit is a device organically combined with building components, aiming to improve the degree of lighting assembly. At present, the size of the lighting unit is very complex and it has not been standardized, which limits the progress from assembly construction to new industrial construction. The establishment of modular system is the necessary condition to realize standardization of size. The basic module is the core unit of the system, and the establishment of each element in the modular system is determined according to the basic module.In this paper, the building integrated lighting unit of new form is taken as the research object, and the basic module of line and panel lighting unit is formulated according to the current situation of poor fit between lighting units and building components.Based on the size of lighting unit obtained by investigation, according to the size characteristics of lighting unit and the principle of basic module, the basic module of several lighting units to be selected are comfierd.Four quantitative indexes including average variation size, proportion of variation size, number of sequence size and size matching degree were proposed.By calculating the quantitative index value, the preferred basic module of the line lighting unit is 50 mm, and that of the panel lighting unit is 50 mm×50 mm. The conclusion lays a foundation for establishing the modular system of building integrated lighting unit and realizing the organic combination with architectural components.
