【摘要】 目的 总结脑卒中患者单侧空间忽略症的筛查及早期康复护理的相关证据。方法 计算机检索BMJ、JBI、UpToDate、PubMed、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献等数据库中关于单侧空间忽略症筛查、评估、康复管理的相关指南、证据总结、系统评价及专家共识等，并根据文献类型选择合适的评估工具对纳入的文献进行质量评价、划分证据级别。结果 本研究共纳入10篇文献，其中指南5篇、证据总结1篇、系统评价3篇、临床决策1篇。共从4个方面总结了20条证据，主要包括脑卒中患者单侧空间忽略症的筛查与评估、康复护理、健康教育及随访。结论 临床应积极开展脑卒中患者单侧空间忽略症的筛查，成立专业的康复团队，在最佳康复时机制订适合患者的康复护理方案，提高患者的康复效果，改善患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the evidence of screening and early rehabilitation nursing in patients with unilateral spatial neglect(USN) after stroke. Methods Relevant guidelines,evidence summary,systematic evaluation and expert consensus on screening,evaluation and rehabilitation management of USN were searched in BMJ,JBI,Up To Date,Pub Med, Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Database, Chinese biomedical literature and other databases.According to the literature type, appropriate evaluation tools were selected to evaluate the quality of the included literature and classify the level of evidence. Results A total of 10 literatures were included in this study, including 5guidelines, 1 evidence summary, 3 systematic evaluation, and 1 clinical decision making. Twenty pieces of evidence were summarized into four aspects, including USN screening and evaluation, rehabilitation nursing, health education and follow-up. Conclusion USN screening should be actively carried out, professional rehabilitation team should be established, and rehabilitation training and nursing programs should be formulated for patients in the best rehabilitation opportunity, so as to improve the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients.更多还原
