【摘要】 机械工业有机固体废物生物处理与资源化利用工程研究中心（OWTR）采集了2016—2021年全国污泥处置服务项目数据共242组样本，对土地利用、建材利用、焚烧、填埋4种处置路线的技术、经济性和服务模式进行了分析研究，并分析了项目主管部门与服务提供商的情况，提出了行业主管部门应进一步完善法律法规标准体系建设，污水运营企业应因地制宜选择技术路线与合作伙伴的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Machinery Industry Engineering Center of Organic Waste Biological Treatment and Resource(OWTR) collected 242 groups of data of national sludge disposal service projects from 2016 to 2021, and analyzed and researched the technology, economy and service mode of four disposal routes, including land use, utilization as building materials, incineration and landfill. It also analyzed the situation of the competent departments in charge of the projects and the service providers, and then put forward recommendations that the competent departments in charge of the industry should further improve the construction of the legal and regulatory standard system, and the sewage operation enterprises should choose technical routes and partners according to local conditions.更多还原
