【摘要】 目的 探讨精细化护理措施在下鼻甲去骨及黏膜划痕微创减容术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的效果。方法 选取2018年5月至2022年5月南宁市第一人民医院收治的90例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组采用精细化护理措施,两组患者均在鼻内镜下行下鼻甲去骨及黏膜划痕微创减容术。比较两组患者术后1个月复诊检查的治疗有效率、术后1个月内的并发症总发生率及患者出院后护理服务的满意率。结果 观察组术后1个月复诊检查的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1个月内的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在采用下鼻甲去骨及黏膜划痕微创减容术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者中实施精细化护理措施比实施常规护理措施的临床效果更为有效,不仅可以提高治疗有效率和护理服务满意度,还可以减少出现并发症的发生,改善患者负面心理情绪和生活质量,采用精细化护理措施具有较高临床价值,值得推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of meticulous nursing in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis by inferior turbinate reduction and mucosa scratches minimally invasive volume reduction surgery. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis treated in the First People’s Hospital of Nanning from May 2018 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group patients received regular nursing, and the observation group patients received meticulous nursing. Two groups were treated by inferior turbinate reduction and mucosa scratches minimally invasive volume reduction surgery. For re-examination results of two groups in one month after surgery, the respond rate, the incidence of developed complications in one month after surgery and the nursing service satisfaction after discharging from the hospital were compared and analyzed. Results The respond rate of one month after surgery of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in one month after surgery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion In the inferior turbinate reduction and mucosa scratches minimally invasive volume reduction surgery, meticulous nursing can effectively improve the response rate and nursing service satisfaction, as well as reduce the developed complications and thus alleviate patients’ negative psychological emotions and improve the quality of daily life. The meticulous nursing has relatively high clinical value and is recommended.更多还原
