嫁接对可可主要农艺及品质性状的影响
The Effect of Grafting on the Main Agronomic and Quality Traits of Cacao
【摘要】 以5份可可种质为接穗,每份种质分别与若干砧木嫁接,观测嫁接树和接穗母树的主要农艺及品质性状。结果表明,嫁接可可植株与母树间果实性状和种子性状均没有显著性差异,嫁接后种子干重、粒重等主要产量因子能保持90%以上的表型值;在品质性状上,大部分种质嫁接植株的可可脂、类黄酮、脂肪酸含量相对于接穗母树也未呈现显著差异。同一接穗与不同砧木嫁接,仅有个别砧木嫁接处理间的产量相关性状、品质性状表型呈现显著差异,说明砧木基因型差异在一定程度上会影响接穗的农艺与品质性状表型。可可嫁接可以保持接穗母树的优良性状,生产中可选择性状表现优良的可可种质或品系作为接穗,同时使用优良、亲和性好的砧木进行优良种苗繁育。
【Abstract】 Five cacao germplasms were used as scions, and each germplasm was grafted with several rootstocks to observe the main agronomic and quality traits of grafted trees and scion trees. The results showed that the fruit and seed traits of grafted plants were no significantly different from those of the scion plant. The grafted plants could maintain more than 90% phenotypic value of the scion plant. For quality traits, the contents of cocoa butter, flavonoids and fatty acids of most grafted plants of germplasm showed no significant differences compared with the scion plants. When the same scion was grafted with different rootstocks, only few grafted plants were significantly different between other grafted plants in yield-related traits and quality traits, indicating that genotype difference of rootstocks could influence the agronomic and quality traits of scions to some extent. Thereby, cacao grafting could maintain the excellent traits of the scion tree. In production, cacao germplasm or strains with excellent trait performance could be selected as scions, while excellent and good affinity rootstocks could be used for excellent seedling breeding.
