数字时代背景下居民中医药健康信息素养评价量表的构建
Construction of traditional Chinese medicine health information literacy evaluation scale for residents in the digital era
【摘要】 目的 构建数字时代背景下居民中医药健康信息素养评价量表,并检验信效度。方法 基于文献和专家咨询构建数字时代背景下居民中医药健康信息素养评价量表,于2022年7—8月,采用滚雪球抽样对432位居民进行网络问卷调查并检验其信效度。结果 本研究编制的数字时代背景下居民中医药健康信息素养评价量表包括3个维度,26个条目。量表能够较为全面地涵盖居民中医药健康信息素养所要测量的内容;最终量表的KMO值为0.951,累计方差解释率75.664%;验证性因子分析结果显示,模型拟合程度可以接受(χ~2/df=2.666,IFI=0.962,CFI=0.962,RMSEA=0.065);各维度AVE值均大于各维度之间的相关系数的平方。总量表的Cronbach′s α系数为0.965,折半系数为0.890,各维度的CR值分布在0.940~0.962。结论 数字时代背景下居民中医药健康信息素养评价量表信效度良好,有利于评估数字时代背景下居民中医药健康信息素养。
【Abstract】 Objective To construct an evaluation scale of residents′ traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) health information literacy under the background of the digital era, and to test the reliability and validity. Methods Based on literature and expert consultation, a TCM health information literacy evaluation scale for residents in the digital era was constructed. From July to August 2022,a snowball sampling was used to conduct an online questionnaire survey on 432 residents to test its reliability and validity. Results The evaluation scale included 3 dimensions and 26 items. The scale could comprehensively cover the content of TCM health information literacy. KMO value of the final scale was 0.951,and the cumulative variance explanation rate was 75.664%. The confirmatory factor analysis results showed that the model fitting degree was acceptable(χ~2/df=2.666,IFI=0.962,CFI=0.962,RMSEA=0.065). AVE values of each dimension were greater than the square of the correlation coefficient between each dimension. The Cronbach′s alpha coefficient of the total scale was 0.965,the halving coefficient was 0.890,and the CR values of each dimension were distributed in the range of 0.940-0.962. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the TCM health information literacy evaluation scale of residents in the digital era is good, which is beneficial to evaluate the residents′ TCM health information literacy in the digital era.
