两种中药提取物粉体学性质与粉末直压成形性研究

【摘要】 目的 研究以叶为入药部位的桑叶提取物及以花为入药部位的玫瑰花提取物与不同比例微晶纤维素混合的混合粉体的粉体学性质与压片成型性的关系,并分别采用目前最常用的两种粉体学性质评价手段,即逐步回归法与构建物理指纹谱法分析桑叶及玫瑰花混合粉的粉体学性质与压片成型性的关系。方法 测定桑叶及玫瑰花与辅料的混合粉的堆积性、流动性、可压性等不同方面的粉体学性质,以抗张强度-压力曲线斜率为指标评价其压缩成型性,运用逐步回归分析法研究桑叶及玫瑰花与辅料的混合粉压缩成型性与粉体学性质之间的关系;构建粉体学性质的物理指纹谱,运用雷达图的方式直观呈现,以阴影面积表示压缩特性。结果 逐步回归法结果显示桑叶提取物混合粉与玫瑰花提取物混合粉的压缩成型性与松密度呈正相关,与休止角、流动稳定性呈负相关。松密度对两种中药提取物混合粉压缩成型性的影响最大;物理指纹图谱构建法表明桑叶4号混合粉与玫瑰花1号混合粉的压缩特性最好。结论 松密度是影响桑叶提取物混合粉与玫瑰花提取物混合粉压缩成型性的关键粉体学性质。两种方法评价结果不完全一致。

【Abstract】 Objective The relationship between the powder properties and the tablet formability of the mixed powders mixed with mulberry leaf extract and rose extract and different proportion of microcrystalline cellulose was studied. The two most commonly used powder properties evaluation methods were used respectively. That is, stepwise regression method and physical fingerprint spectroscopy method were used to analyze the relationship between powder properties and tablet formability of mulberry leaves and rose powder mixture. Methods Determination of mulberry leaf and roses and material accumulation of mixed powder, liquid, can be pressed powder of different aspects, such as property, tensile strength-pressure curve slope as indicators to evaluate its compression molding, stepwise regression analysis method study of mulberry leaf and roses mixed with accessories and powder compression molding powder property of the relationship between; The physical fingerprint spectrum of powder properties was constructed, visually presented by radar map, and the compression characteristics were represented by shadow area. Results The results of stepwise regression showed that the compression formability of mulberry leaf extract mixed powder and rose leaf extract mixed powder was positively correlated with the loose density, and negatively correlated with the angle of repose and flow stability. The bulk density has the greatest effect on the compression formability of the mixed powder of two kinds of Chinese herbal extracts. The physical fingerprint method showed that the compression characteristics of mulberry leaf No. 4 and Rose powder No. 1 were the best. Conclusion The pine density is the key powder properties that affect the compression formability of mulberry leaf extract mixed powder and rose extract mixed powder. The evaluation results of the two methods are not completely consistent.
