【摘要】 针对食品理化检验实验课小班教学的特点，按照课前、课中和课后3个环节开展基于SPOC的线上线下混合式教学，构建线上线下混合式教学评价体系，实现过程性评价和终末评价结合、线上评价和线下评价结合的目的。实践表明，与传统线上线下混合式教学相比，采用基于SPOC的线上线下混合式教学思路更清晰、教学素材更丰富、师生互动更有效，从时间、空间和深度上对课堂教学进行了拓展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of mini class teaching in food physical and chemical inspection experimental courses,online and offline mixed teaching model based on SPOC is carried out in three stages:pre-class,during-class,and after-class.An online and offline mixed teaching evaluation system is constructed to achieve the goal of combining process evaluation and final evaluation,as well as online and offline evaluation.Practice has shown that compared to traditional mixed online and offline teaching,adopting online and offline mixed teaching model based on SPOC has clearer ideas,richer teaching materials,and more effective teacher-student interaction,expanding classroom teaching in terms of time,space,and depth.更多还原
