【摘要】 目的 分析国内外质性研究在护理领域的发展脉络、研究热点及趋势，为我国质性研究提供更多理论指导和方法。方法 检索Web of Science核心数据库和中国知网数据库2002–2021年发表的质性研究在护理领域的中英文期刊文献，采用Cite Space软件对纳入文献进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入英文文献3620篇，中文文献3047篇，英文文献年发文量高于中文文献，整体均呈上升趋势。国外机构联系相对紧密，国内机构相对松散，且缺乏与国际的交流。国外的研究热点包括思考、急诊科和社会化媒体等，国内的研究热点包括延续护理、护理员、新冠肺炎、养老机构等。结论 国内质性研究起步较晚，发展缓慢，理论与实践方法均有待加强与提高，可借鉴国外的研究，探索适合我国的质性研究在护理领域进一步发展的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the development context, research hotspots and trends of qualitative research in nursing field at home and abroad, and provide more theoretical guidance and methods for qualitative research in China. Methods The Chinese and English journal literatures of qualitative research in nursing published in the core database of Web of Science and the database of China National Knowledge Network from 2002 to 2021 were retrieved. CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis of the included literatures. Results A total of 3620 English literatures and 3047 Chinese literatures were included. The annual number of English literatures was higher than that of Chinese literatures, showing an overall upward trend. Foreign institutions were relatively closely connected, while Chinese institutions were relatively loose and lack international communication. Foreign research hotspots included thinking, emergency department and social media, etc. While domestic research hotspots include extended care, carers, COVID-19, elderly care institutions, etc. Conclusion Domestic qualitative research starts late, develops slowly, and its theory and practice methods need to be strengthened and improved. We can learn from foreign research to explore the further development direction of qualitative research in the field of nursing in China.更多还原
