【摘要】 目的 探究儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的血象特点。方法 收集2021年4～7月于湖州市第一人民医院就诊的2200例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的临床资料，对其年龄、血象等进行统计分析，同时将97例白细胞计数>20×10~9/L的患儿根据是否使用抗生素分为观察组和对照组，比较其治疗后血常规、超敏C反应蛋白（high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP）情况。结果 2200例患儿中位年龄3.0(2.0,5.0)岁，中位白细胞计数11.50(5.90,14.40)×10~9/L，中位中性粒细胞比率71.65(59.10,80.70)%，中位hs-CRP 10.28(4.50,21.14)mg/L。3～6岁年龄段发病率最高，Spearman相关性分析显示年龄与白细胞计数（r=0.066,P<0.05）、中性粒细胞比率（r=0.354,P<0.05）、hs-CRP(r=0.070,P<0.05)的相关性不大。97例白细胞计数>20×10~9/L的患儿治疗1周后，两组患儿的白细胞计数和hs-CRP均显著降低，但两组比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 儿童疱疹性咽峡炎可见白细胞计数和hs-CRP轻度升高，在无细菌感染依据时建议对症治疗，无需常规使用抗生素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the blood characteristics of children with herpetic angina. Methods The clinical data of 2200 children with herpetic angina treated in the First People’s Hospital of Huzhou from April to July 2021 were collected, and their ages and blood characteristics were statistically analyzed. Meanwhile, 97 children with white blood cell count >20×10~9/L were divided into observation group and control group according to whether antibiotics were used, and blood routine and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) were compared after treatment. Results The median age of 2200 children was 3.0(2.0, 5.0) years old, the median white blood cell count was 11.50(5.90, 14.40) ×10~9/L, and the median neutrophil ratio was 71.65(59.10, 80.70)%. The median of hs-CRP was 10.28(4.50, 21.14) mg/L. The age group was 3～6 years old with the highest incidence rate. Spearman correlation analysis showed that age was little associated with white blood cell count(r=0.066, P<0.05),neutrophil ratio(r=0.354, P<0.05), hs-CRP(r=0.070 P<0.05). After one week of treatment, the white blood cell count and hs-CRP of 97 children with white blood cell count >20×10~9/L were significantly decreased in both groups, but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The white blood cell count and hs-CRP in children with herpetic angina are slightly increased. If there is no basis for bacterial infection, it is suggested that symptomatic treatment does not need routine antibiotics.更多还原
