增压发动机全浮式活塞销敲击噪声研究
A study on the knocking noise of full floating piston pin in a turbocharged engine
【摘要】 活塞销敲击噪声影响汽车的驾驶舒适性。基于弹性流体动压润滑理论建立了带全浮式活塞销的曲轴连杆活塞动力学模型,对不同负载、活塞销间隙、润滑油温度、润滑油槽与活塞销敲击噪声之间的关系进行了仿真计算。计算结果表明:随着负载的增大,敲击时刻和强度发生变化,当负载增大到75 N·m时,此敲击噪声消失;活塞销间隙由20μm减小到10μm,敲击强度减弱;润滑油温度对此敲击影响不明显;增加润滑油槽后,润滑油膜液动压力峰值由3.6 MPa降低至1.9 MPa,敲击强度显著减小,甚至消除了此噪声。试验测试与计算结果相吻合。该研究可为控制活塞销敲击噪声提供参考。
【Abstract】 The piston pin knocking has an important impact on the driving experience of a vehicle. Based on the theory of elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication, a dynamic model of the crankshaft connecting rod piston with full floating piston pin was established, and the relationship between the piston pin knocking noise and different loads, clearance of piston pin, lubricating oil temperature and oil groove were simulated and calculated. Calculations show that the knocking time and intensity changes with the change of load, the knocking noise disappears when the load increases to 75 N·m, the knocking intensity weakens when the clearance is reduced from 20 μm to 10 μm, the impact of the lubricating oil temperature on this knocking is not obvious. After the oil grooves are added, the oil film peak hydraulic pressure is reduced from 3.6 MPa to 1.9 MPa, the knocking intensity is significantly reduced and the noise is even eliminated. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental tests. The research of this paper provides a reference for controlling the knocking noise of piston pin.
