【摘要】 目的 建立HPLC法同时测定小儿清咽颗粒中单咖啡酰酒石酸、连翘酯苷A、菊苣酸、连翘苷、牛蒡苷、哈巴俄苷的含量。方法 该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C₁₈色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm）;流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸，梯度洗脱；体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长278、330 nm。结果 6种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好（r≥0.999 4）,平均加样回收率96.80%～102.61%,RSD 0.26%～1.93%。结论 该方法简便准确，可用于小儿清咽颗粒的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of monocaffeyltartaric acid, forsythiaside A, chicoric acid, phillyrin, arctiin and harpagoside in Waigan Fenghan Granules.METHODS The analysis of 70% methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Agilent Zorbax SB-C₁₈ column（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）, with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelengths were set at 278, 330 nm.RESULTS Six constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges（r≥0.999 4）, whose average recoveries were 96.80%-102.61% with the RSDs of 0.26%-1.93%.CONCLUSIONThis simple and accurate method can be used for the quality control of Xiao’er Qingyan Granules.更多还原
