【摘要】 文章基于2017—2021年陕西省10个地级市的相关面板数据，利用耦合协调度模型对陕西省10个地级市的经济发展水平与基础医疗资源配置状况耦合协调度进行评价。研究结果显示，陕西省10个地级市的医疗和经济水平耦合协调度总体持续上升，正在逐渐由失调向初级协调发展。但陕西省各地级市之间协调度差异较大，依据测算结果划分为三个发展梯队，并依据研究结论对陕西省各地的医疗卫生事业发展提出了若干政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on panel data from 2017 to 2021, this article aims to construct a model to assess the coupling coordination of economic development level and status of basic medical resource allocation in 10 prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province. The results of the study suggest that the overall coordination of the 10 cities has shown a continues rising trend, gradually shifting from imbalance to preliminary coordination. However, there are significant differences in the degrees of coordination among cities at different levels, which can be divided into three development echelons according to the calculation results. In the end, several policy recommendations are proposed for the development of medical and health services in various regions of Shaanxi Province.更多还原
