【摘要】 云南边疆民族地区乡村振兴需要各类人才的参与，新乡贤是助推乡村振兴的重要人才。通过评估云南边疆民族地区新乡贤助力乡村振兴人才流入的紧迫性、必要性和可行性，剖析云南边疆民族地区新乡贤人才流入的实践，发现其已建立新乡贤人才荐评机制、示范引领机制、人才涵养机制和礼敬宣传机制，但也面临着新乡贤入乡意愿与乡村人才平台信息供给不对称之间的偏差、新乡贤入农创业与现行土地金融法律法规政策供给不充分之间的落差；新乡贤入村安家与乡村人居环境不理想之间的反差；新乡贤乡土观念与乡村传统思想观念不一致的偏差的现实限度。对此，需要进一步优化人才政策扶植机制、孵化机制、使用机制和涵育机制，打通新乡贤人才流入的立体通道，让新乡贤“来得了”“留得下”“干得好”。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rural revitalization in Yunnan frontier minority area needs the participation from many talents, including new county sages in assisting rural revitalization. On the basis of the assessment of the urgency, necessity and feasibility of the talents introduction mechanism of new county sages in assisting rural revitalization in Yunnan frontier minority area, the paper probes into the practice of talents introduction in Yunnan frontier minority area and found that the mechanism of recommendation,instructive demonstration, talents cultivation and respectful promotion have been built. However there still exist the following unsolved problems: the deviation of location will and information, the psychological discrepancy of entrepreneurship and current land policy, the contrast of location and unsatisfactory living conditions. Therefore the building of the following mechanisms is put forward: policy supporting, incubation, talent utilization and cultivation.更多还原
