【摘要】 从产业化视角系统论述高职院校技术技能人才培养中的专业设置、教学改革、师资队伍建设等与产业转型升级的密切联系，以近4年的《高等职业教育质量年度报告》为主要数据来源，以山东省高职院校作为样本分析对象，围绕专业建设、毕业生就业质量、师资队伍建设和产教融合校企合作等维度进行系统探究，在此基础上分析我国高职院校技术技能人才培养现状与存在的问题，提出充分发挥市场的资源配置作用，优化教学活动的要素与过程，为高职院校进一步提升技术技能人才培养工作提供实践参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the perspective of industrialization, this article systematically discusses the close relationship between major setting, teaching reform, and faculty construction in the training of technical and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges and the industrial transformation and upgrading. It takes the Annual Report on Higher Vocational Education Quality of the past four years as main data source, and adopts the higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province as sample analysis object. It conducts a systematic exploration around the dimensions of major construction, employment quality of graduates, faculty construction, integration of industry and education, and university-enterprise cooperation. Based on this, it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of training of technical and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges in China, proposes to fully leverage the role of market resource allocation and optimize the elements and processes of teaching activities, and provides practical reference for further improving the training of technical and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.更多还原
