脑脊液中常见病原微生物分离鉴定虚拟实验建设
Construction of virtual simulation experiment of isolation and identification of common pathogenic microorganisms in cerebrospinal fluid
【摘要】 脑膜炎病原菌的实验教学是国家执业医师资格考试大纲和医学微生物学教学大纲必须掌握的内容,多年来因为生物安全问题而无法开设。根据安徽医科大学微生物学实验教学现状,设计开发了脑脊液中常见病原微生物的分离鉴定虚拟仿真实验。学生可以通过网络登录系统,操作虚拟实验软件进行实验实训。虚拟仿真实验教学系统实现跨学科整合,在国内属于首创,解决了病原微生物教学中存在的高危险性、高难度的实验的教学,满足了课前预习、课堂操作、课后练习等传统线下实验教学无法实现的弊端,延伸了实验教学的时间和空间,避免了生物安全危害。系统被国内众多高校使用,解决了传统实验教学无法开展的矛盾,保障了实验教学的顺利进行,提高了学生的动手能力和创新能力。
【Abstract】 Experimental teaching of pathogenic bacteria of meningitis is the knowledge the students must learn according to the syllabus of national medical qualification examination and the syllabus of medical microbiology. However, it was blocked because of biosecurity concerns for many years. According to the actual situation of microbiology experimental teaching in Anhui Medical University, a virtual simulation experiment system of the isolation and identification of common pathogenic microorganisms in cerebrospinal fluid has been designed and developed. Students can log in to the system through the Internet and operate virtual experiment software to conduct experimental training. The virtual simulation experiment teaching satisfies the disadvantages that cannot be guaranteed by traditional offline experimental teaching such as pre-class preview, classroom operation, after-class exercises, and it also extends the time and space of experimental teaching and avoids biological safety hazards. During the epidemic of COVID-19, the system was used in many universities in China. The contradiction that traditional experimental teaching could not be carried out was solved. It guarantees the progress of experimental teaching and greatly improves students’ practical ability and innovation ability.
