【摘要】 以新发展理念为理论基础，结合赣南脐橙产业发展实际，构建了赣南脐橙产业高质量发展指标体系，采用熵值法、障碍度模型对赣南脐橙产业2013—2020年的高质量发展水平和障碍因素进行分析。结果显示：2013—2020年赣南脐橙产业高质量发展综合水平整体呈现增长态势，创新对赣南脐橙产业高质量发展提升的贡献最大，而开放是赣南脐橙产业高质量发展的主要短板，绿色和协调水平较低是赣南脐橙产业高质量发展的主要障碍。基于研究结果，提出加大开放力度、加强生态治理、推动延链补链强链、推进科技服务赋能等相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the new development concept and the actual development of Gannan navel orange industry, the index system of high-quality development of Gannan navel orange industry was constructed. The entropy method and obstacle degree model were used to analyze the high-quality development level and restrictive factors of Gannan navel orange industry from 2013 to 2020. The results show that: from 2013 to 2020, the comprehensive level of high-quality development of navel orange industry in Gannan showed an overall growth trend. Innovation is the biggest contribution to the high-quality development of Gannan navel orange industry, while opening is the main shortcoming of Gannan navel orange industry.Green and coordination are the main factors that restrict the high-quality development of navel orange industry in Gannan.Based on the research results, some suggestions are put forward, such as increasing openness, strengthening ecological governance, promoting chain extension, reinforcing chain and strengthening chain, and promoting scientific and technological service empowerment.更多还原
