【摘要】 目的 探讨基于“互联网+”康复护理对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者淋巴水肿的缓解效果。方法 选取2018年4月至2021年3月于我院实施乳腺癌改良根治术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象，依据入院编号的奇偶性将其分为参照组和试验组，各50例。参照组实施常规护理干预，试验组在参照组基础上实施基于“互联网+”康复护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后，试验组的双上肢周径差值小于参照组，肩关节前屈度、肩关节外展度、手爬墙高度增量大于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后，试验组的简明健康状况量表(SF-36)各维度评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于“互联网+”康复护理可显著改善乳腺癌改良根治术后患者的上肢淋巴水肿相关症状，提升其生活质量，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the remission effect of rehabilitation nursing based on the "internet +" on lymphedema of patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in our hospital from April 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the parity of admission numbers, the patients were divided into reference group and experimental group, with50 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was given rehabilitation nursing based on the "internet + " on the basis of the reference group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the circumference difference of both upper limbs in the experimental group was smaller than that in the reference group, and the flexion of shoulder joint, abduction of shoulder joint and height increment of hand climbing wall were greater than those in the reference group(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36) in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing based on the "internet +" can improve the symptoms related to lymphedema of upper limbs of patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer, and promote their quality of life, whch is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
