【摘要】 目的：探讨基于高危预警与决策支持系统的护理在严重创伤患者中的应用。方法：选取2019年5月—2020年7月东莞市厚街医院急诊收治的94例严重创伤患者作为对照组，2020年8月—2021年7月本院急诊收治的89例严重创伤患者作为研究组。对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予基于高危预警与决策支持系统的护理。比较两组急救指标，预后情况、并发症、住院时间。结果：研究组预检分诊时间、急诊停留时间均短于对照组，抢救成功率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组预后良好率高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，ICU住院时间和总住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：基于高危预警与决策支持系统的护理缩短了预检分诊时间、急诊停留时间，提升了患者的抢救成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application of nursing based on high risk warning and decision support system in severe trauma patients. Method: Ninety-four patients with severe trauma admitted to the Emergency Department of Dongguan Houjie Hospital from May 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the control group, and 89 patients with severe trauma admitted to the Emergency Department of our hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given nursing based on high risk warning and decision support system. The first aid index, prognosis condition, complications and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Result: The pre-examination triage time, emergency stay time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the success rate of rescue was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The good prognosis rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of complication was lower than that of the control group, and the ICU hospital stay and total hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing based on high risk warning and decision support system shortens the time of pre-examination and triage, and emergency stay time, and improves the success rate of patient rescue.更多还原
