一种半球谐振子性能参数辨识算法

【摘要】 频差、频率主轴、阻尼差和阻尼主轴等参数是评价半球谐振子性能的关键指标和离子束修调的重要依据。针对传统算法不能辨识阻尼差和阻尼主轴,且频差和频率主轴辨识精度受阻尼差限制的问题,该文提出了一种基于二次型变量E、H、R、S动力学方程的性能参数辨识算法。仿真和实验结果表明,即使谐振子的频差小于阻尼差,算法也能快速准确地辨识频差、频率主轴、阻尼差和阻尼主轴等参数。

【Abstract】 The parameters such as frequency split, frequency principal axis, damping asymmetry and damping principal axis are the key indicators to evaluate the performance of the hemispherical shell resonator and the important basis for ion beam balancing. In this paper, a performance parameter identification algorithm based on dynamic equations of quadratic variables E, H, R, and S is proposed to address the issue of traditional algorithms being unable to identify damping asymmetry and damping principal axis, and the accuracy of frequency split and frequency principal axis identification is limited by damping asymmetry. The simulation and experimental results show that even if the frequency split of the resonator is less than the damping asymmetry, the algorithm can quickly and accurately identify the parameters such as frequency split, frequency principal axis, damping asymmetry and damping principal axis.
