【摘要】 目的 探讨胃肠道间质瘤（GISTs）中E-钙黏素（E-cad）和N-钙黏素（N-cad）的表达及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测216例GISTs中E-cad和N-cad的表达情况，分析二者与胃肠道间质瘤临床病理参数的关系。结果 GISTs中E-cad阳性表达率为59.26%,N-cad阳性表达率为76.39%,E-cad和N-cad表达与GISTs的发生年龄、性别、部位、组织学类型无关，而与GISTs的病理分级和是否远处转移有关（P<0.05），且E-cad和N-cad的表达呈显著性负相关。结论 E-cad和N-cad联合检测可作为判定GISTs恶性程度及预后的参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of E-cadherin and N-cadherin in gastrointestinal stromal tumors and their clinical significance. Method The SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin and N-cadherin in 216cases with GISTs. The relationship between them and clinic pathological factors with gastrointestinal stromal tumor was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of E-cadherin was 59.26%, and the positive expression rate of N-cadherin was 76.39%. The expression of E-cad and N-cad was not related to the age, sex, location and histological type of GISTs, but was closely correlated with the pathological grade of GISTs and tumor metastasis(P<0.05). There was significant negative correlation between E-cad and N-cad expression. Conclusion The combined detection of E-cad and N-cad can be used as a reference to determine the malignant degree and prognosis of GISTs.更多还原
