【摘要】 目的 探究新冠肺炎疫情背景下核酸采样人员满意度现状及其影响因素，提出改善策略，并为应对类似大型突发性公共卫生事件提供有益启示。方法 对核酸采样人员进行问卷调查，评估采样人员满意度，并使用spearman和logistic回归分析采样满意度影响因素。结果 相比突击和偶尔培训，常态化参与核酸培训的采样人员满意度更高。未经过系统培训、培训内容单一的采样人员满意度较低。结论 为了提高核酸采样人员满意度，应在采样前对采样人员开展定期且内容完整的培训；结合院感培训，将核酸采样培训常态化，以随时应对类似大型突发性公共卫生事件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of satisfaction of workers collecting nucleic acid samples in the context of COVID-19, and further propose improvement strategies so as to provide useful enlightenment for dealing with similar large-scale public health emergencies.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the satisfaction of workers collecting nucleic acid samples. Spearman correlation and logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of sampling satisfaction.Results The satisfaction of personnel who regularly participated in nucleic acid training was higher than that of those taking part in crash or occasional sampling trainings. Besides, those collecting samples without systematic training or with limited training had lower satisfaction.Conclusion To improve the satisfaction of those collecting nucleic acid samples, regular and systematic training should be conducted before practical sampling. Nucleic acid sampling training should be normalized in conjunction with knowledge training of nosocomial infection so as to respond to similar large-scale public health emergencies at all times.更多还原
