【摘要】 目的 研究2009—2020年四川省五大经济区卫生资源配置公平性与利用率的时空分布演变特征，为优化卫生资源配置提供参考。方法 运用集聚度、相对发展率指数及空间自相关模型分析卫生资源配置公平性与利用率的时空动态演变趋势。结果 2009—2020年四川省卫生资源总体HARD及HARD/PAD趋近于1;除了医疗卫生机构呈空间聚集分布外，床位及卫生人力资源不存在空间相关性；LISA图显示四川省卫生资源的冷热点分布总体呈“东高西低”的空间格局，机构、床位与卫生人力资源需重点关注的区域集中在攀西及川西北生态示范区的甘孜、凉山；不同时间段的卫生资源利用率增长空间格局及其演变趋势与卫生资源空间格局变化并不完全一致。结论 2009—2020年四川省卫生资源配置逐步优化，但不同经济区域间、区域内及卫生资源配置标准差异仍较明显，卫生资源配置与卫生资源利用率相对发展整体上呈现空间差异化分布；建议多措并举加快推进区域卫生资源协调发展，优化卫生资源空间布局，以促进五大经济区卫生健康事业协同发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of health resource allocation equity and utilization in five economic zones of Sichuan Province from 2009 to 2020, and to promote the optimal allocation of health resources. Methods Clustering degree, relative development rate index, and spatial autocorrelation model were used to analyze the spatio-temporal dynamics of equity and utilization of health resources allocation. Results From 2009 to 2020, the total HARD and HARD/PAD of health resources in Sichuan Province were close to 1. No spatial correlation existed between beds and health human resources except for medical institutions. LISA map showed that the distribution of hot and cold spots of health resources in Sichuan presented a spatial pattern of “high in the east and low in the west”. It was necessary to focus on improving the equity and accessibility of health resource allocation in Panxi and Northwest Sichuan ecological demonstration areas. The spatial pattern of health resource utilization and its evolution trend in different time periods were not completely consistent with the spatial pattern of health resources. Conclusion From 2009 to 2020, the allocation of health resources in Sichuan province is gradually optimized, but the differences between different economic regions, within regions, and the allocation standards of health resources are still obvious, and the relative development of health resource allocation and utilization ratio show spatial differentiation distribution on the whole. It is suggested that multiple measures should be taken to accelerate the coordinated development of regional health resources, optimize the spatial distribution of health resources, and promote the coordinated development of health services in the five economic zones.更多还原
