不同职业发展阶段医学专业人员共情能力现状及影响因素分析

【摘要】 共情是医患沟通的关键环节和体现医务人员职业素养的重要内容。对于医学专业人员群体,共情能力在其职业毕生发展中的变化趋势,目前国内外还缺乏相应研究。研究选取883名不同阶段医学专业人员(从本科一年级到主任医师7个阶段)采用自编调查问卷、人际指针量表(IRI-C)、情绪智力量表(WLEIS),探讨了医学职业发展共情能力的演变。研究发现,主任医师阶段的共情能力(F=3.07,P<0.01)和情绪智力(F=2.23,P<0.05)显著高于其他阶段,其他阶段之间没有统计学差别。性别、父母受教育程度和情绪智力对医学专业人员的共情能力有显著影响(P<0.01)。在医学职业发展很长一段时间内,共情能力提升停滞,有必要在特定阶段进行有针对性的共情能力训练。

【Abstract】 Empathy is a key link in doctor-patient communication and an important content that reflects the professional quality of medical staff. For medical professionals, there is still a lack of research on the trend of empathy in their career development. This study selected 883 medical professionals at different stages(from the first year of undergraduate study to the chief physician) to explore the evolution of empathy ability in medical career development by using self-designed questionnaire, Interpersonal indicator Scale(IRI-C) and Emotional Intelligence Scale(WLEIS). The results showed that the empathy ability(F=3.07, P<0.01) and emotional intelligence(F=2.23, P<0.05) of the chief physician stage were significantly higher than those of the other stages, and there was no statistical difference between the other stages. Gender, parental education level and emotional intelligence had significant effects on the ability of empathy(P<0.01). It is found that during a long period of medical career development, the improvement of empathy ability was stagnant, and it was necessary to carry out targeted empathy ability training at a specific stage.
