【摘要】 培养各民族学生具有深厚的家国情怀、强烈的中华民族共同体意识是检验高校落实立德树人根本任务的“试金石”。新时代高校要做好各民族学生融合育人工作，就要把铸牢各民族学生中华民族共同体意识作为融合育人的根与魂，作为贯穿融合育人始终的主线和核心。目前，我国高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识各民族学生融合育人工作多注重理论引导的“漫灌”，而不能做到实践教育的“滴灌”，特别是实践载体不丰富、工作抓手无力度和教育成效不明显等问题较为突出。高校应以社会主义核心价值观教育引领，班集体建设与大学生集体意识培养，学生社团建设与管理，校园文化活动组织开展，学生干部（骨干）教育培养等方面为切入点、突破口，开展好高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识各民族学生融合育人工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultivating a deep sense of patriotism and a strong awareness of the Chinese national community among students of all ethnicities is the litmus test for higher education institutions to fulfill their fundamental mission of fostering virtuous individuals. In the new era,higher education institutions must excel in the integration and education of students from diverse ethnic backgrounds,with the solidification of the Chinese national community’s consciousness serving as the bedrock and soul of this endeavor. It should be the guiding thread running through the entire process of student integration and education. Currently,the efforts of Chinese universities to foster a strong sense of the Chinese national community among students primarily focus on theoretical guidance,falling short of practical education. Furthermore,there are challenges related to the lack of diverse practical platforms,inadequate measures,and unclear educational outcomes. To address these challenges effectively,universities should take a multifaceted approach,including the promotion of core socialist values,the development of class cohesion and student collective consciousness,the management and cultivation of student organizations,the organization of campus cultural activities,and the education and training of student leaders.更多还原
