【摘要】 教师工作对教育事业具有极端重要性，是教育发展的第一资源。中国共产党领导的教师政策历经百年，走过了探索（1921—1948年）、发展（1949—1977年）、深化（1978—2011年）和强化（2012—2022年）四个阶段，始终保持与中国共产党的百年发展同向同行。其价值取向经历了政治本位为权威主导、政治本位到知识本位的过渡、工具价值到人本价值的显现和单一价值向多元价值的融合。未来的教师政策应继续观照教师个人价值取向，深度融合个人价值与社会价值，把握多元价值发展方向，落实立德树人根本任务，不断完善教师政策体系，以促进教师的全面发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teachers,as the first resource for education development,are extremely critical to education. The teacher policy led by the Communist Party of China(CPC)has gone through four stages of exploration(1921—1948),development(1949—1977),deepening(1978—2011)and strengthening(2012—2022),and maintained the same direction with the development of the CPC. Its value orientation has experienced the dominated by the authority of political standard,transitioned from political standard to knowledge standard,emerged from instrumental value to human value and blended from single value to multi-value. In the future,teacher policy should continue to focus on the teachers’ personal value orientation,deeply integrate personal value and social value,grasp the development direction of multiple values,implement the fundamental mission of moral cultivation,and constantly improve the teacher policy system to promote the comprehensive development of teachers.更多还原
