【Abstract】 The continuous improvement of the quality of party members in local vocational colleges in the new era has provided strong support for the high-quality development and talent cultivation of colleges. However,many problems have also arisen during the development process, such as the weakening of party spirit concepts among some party members and the low quality of the development process of student party members. This article conducts literature research, on-site research, and summary thinking on such issues, and preliminarily proposes corresponding solutions.
