【摘要】 口腔菌群与口腔疾病及全身系统性疾病存在密切关联,而糖尿病与口腔疾病之间也存在双向关系。口腔菌群可能是联系糖尿病与口腔疾病双向关系的关键一环。目前对糖尿病状态下口腔菌群的变化特点,糖尿病和口腔菌群通过何种机制互相影响尚不清楚。本文综述了口腔菌群在糖尿病中的变化特点,并对二者互相影响的可能机制进行总结,以望对糖尿病与口腔疾病的防治提供新的角度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oral flora is closely related to oral diseases and systemic diseases, and there is a bidirectional relationship between diabetes and oral diseases. Oral flora may be a key link in the bidirectional relationship between diabetes and oral diseases. At present, the changing characteristics of oral microflora under the condition of diabetes and the mechanism through which diabetes and oral microflora interact are still unclear. In order to provide a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus and oral diseases, this paper reviews the changes of oral flora in diabetes mellitus and the possible mechanisms of their interaction.更多还原
