骨小梁结构及胫骨平台假体简化模型的设计与分析
Design and analysis of simplified model of trabecular bone structure and tibial plateau prosthesis
【摘要】 临床治疗结果显示,带有骨小梁结构的膝关节假体相比传统膝关节假体有更好的术后恢复效果。在目前对骨小梁结构与膝关节假体研究的基础上,设计了骨长入效果更好的分区骨小梁结构;通过设计8种不同的骨小梁胞元结构,经对比分析,选择出一种综合性能最佳的骨小梁胞元结构;根据该结构构建了两组具有分区骨小梁结构的胫骨平台假体简化模型,通过有限元分析,选出了一组骨长入效果较好且适用于膝关节假体设计的分区骨小梁结构。
【Abstract】 The clinical results show that knee prosthesis with a trabecular bone structure has better postoperative recovery effect than traditional knee prosthesis. According to the research of the trabecular bone structure and knee joint prosthesis at present, it is of great significance to design a partitioned trabecular bone structure with better bone ingrowth effect. The 8 different trabecular cell structures are designed, and a trabecular cell structure with the best comprehensive performance is selected through comparative analysis. According to the structure, 2 simplified models of tibial plateau prosthesis with partitioned trabecular structures are constructed. Through using finite element analysis, a group of partitioned trabecular structures with good bone ingrowth effect and suitable for knee prosthesis design are finally selected.
