【摘要】 教育信息化是国家信息化战略的重要组成，是实现教育现代化的必要手段。高等教育信息化的复杂性体现在其内容涵盖教学、科研、管理等多方面，需政策、标准、经费、机构各方协同。为此，本文对国内外教育信息化涉及问题进行梳理分析，对教育信息化的发展历程追踪溯源，以期加深对教育信息化的理解与认识，并在此基础上，针对目前高等教育信息化存在的问题进行讨论，进行多维度分析并提出高等教育信息化建设的对策及建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Education informatization is an important component of the national informatization strategy and a necessary means to realize education modernization. The complexity of higher education informatization is reflected in its comprehensive content covering teaching, research, management and other aspects, which requires the collaboration of policies, standards, funding and institutions. In this paper, the issues were analyzed involved in education informatization at home and abroad and the development history of education informatization was traced in order to deepen the understanding and knowledge of education informatization. On this basis, the current problems of higher education informatization were discussed, multi-dimensional analysis was conducted and countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for the construction of higher education informatization.更多还原
