【摘要】 以企业为依托，生产实习采用校企合作，“1+1”培养模式，1名校内导师和1名企业导师联合指导1名学生，开展课题研究，内容结合企业的实际科研与生产的应用。通过这样的方式，学生把专业知识和企业的生产有效地结合起来，强化专业知识，培养科研能力，提高综合素质，引导职业规划。同时，生产实习的成果服务于企业的生产，在一定程度上解决实际问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on enterprises, universities adopt school-enterprise cooperation and “1+1” training mode for production practice in the direction of thermal energy engineering. One tutor from the university and one tutor from the enterprise jointly guide one student to carry out project research, and the research content is combined with the actual scientific research and production application of the enterprise. In this way, students can effectively combine professional knowledge with enterprise production, strengthen professional knowledge, cultivate scientific research ability, improve comprehensive quality, and guide career planning.
