【Abstract】 Intelligent laboratory data governance has become possible with the maturity of new generation information technology. Aiming at the common problems faced by traditional laboratory data governance in universities, such as weak data collection foundation, data management difficult to meet operational needs, insufficient construction of data application system and insufficient excavation of data value, in the context of digital development and wisdom transformation of government, enterprises and universities, we propose to promote digital infrastructure construction, establish data capability system, deeply excavate data value from the dimensions of data collection, management, application.
