【Abstract】 Hyperthyroidism(hyperthyroidism),as a common clinical pathological syndrome,seriously affects patients’ quality of life and physical and mental health. For this reason,five societies,including the Endocrine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association,have jointly developed the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperthyroidism and Thyrotoxicosis of Other Causes,which combines the latest domestic and international research evidence with clinical practice and provides the most up-to-date guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of thyrotoxicosis. This article explains the updated points of the Guidelines and compares them with the 2016 Guidelines for the Management of Hyperthyroidism and Thyrotoxicosis of Other Causes published by the American Thyroid Association.更多还原
